Terms of Service

These terms explain how people may use this streaming platform, what is allowed, and what may lead to moderation action.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, watching streams, chatting, or broadcasting on this platform, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and the Streamer Guidelines.

This platform is provided as a community streaming service. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if users break platform rules, abuse features, or create safety risks.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for your own account, password, stream key, and activity.
  • Do not share your stream key publicly.
  • Do not impersonate staff, partners, affiliates, creators, companies, or other users.
  • Do not attempt to bypass bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.

3. User content

Streamers and users are responsible for the content they post, stream, upload, or share in chat.

  • You must own or have permission to use the content you stream.
  • Do not stream copyrighted movies, TV, music, sports, games, or private content unless you have the correct rights.
  • Do not upload or share malicious files, scam links, phishing links, or harmful code.
  • Do not post personal information about other people without permission.

4. Community conduct

Users must treat others with basic respect. The platform may remove content or accounts involved in harassment, hate, threats, scams, spam, or abuse.

  • No targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats.
  • No hateful conduct or dehumanising attacks against protected groups.
  • No sexual exploitation, child safety violations, or predatory behaviour.
  • No spam, botting, artificial engagement, or platform manipulation.
  • No doxxing, swatting, stalking, or encouraging harm.

5. Streaming and chat features

  • Streamers must follow the Streamer Guidelines while live.
  • Chat messages, follows, badges, emotes, overlays, and stream metadata may be shown publicly.
  • Staff may review stream titles, categories, chat, VODs, and reports for moderation purposes.
  • Streams may be removed from the homepage, categories, search, or public pages if they break rules.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Moderation actions may include warnings, message removal, stream takedowns, badge removal, temporary restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Serious safety issues, illegal content, exploitation, credible threats, or abuse of minors may be escalated to the appropriate authorities where required.

7. Platform availability

The platform may be updated, restarted, changed, or temporarily unavailable. Streams, VODs, chat, overlays, or accounts may be affected during maintenance or technical issues.
